Company Profiles for AI Chatbots

Introduction #

The Company Profile is where you teach Noem.ai the core context of your business, what you do, who you serve, and how you want your chatbot to communicate. The information you provide here helps your chatbot generate more accurate, brand-consistent responses and produce content that’s relevant to your customers.

In the Company Profile screen, you’ll see the message:
“Train our AI to produce content relevant to you. Please provide the following:”
That’s exactly what this form does, your inputs become the foundation for your chatbot’s behavior.

What to fill out #

Complete these fields to train your chatbot:

  • Company Name
Your business name (used as brand context).
  • Website
Your website URL (helps align the bot to your public brand presence).
  • Products and Services
A clear description of what you offer. This is one of the most important fields for answer accuracy.
  • Industry
Select the closest match (example: Health).
  • Company Size
Helps the AI tailor recommendations and tone (example: 2–5 Employees).
  • Brand Voice/Tone
Defines how the chatbot should sound (example: Friendly).
  • Target Audience
Who your customers are and what they care about.
  • What makes your company competitive
    Your differentiator—what makes you unique.
  • Company Slogan
Optional, but helpful for consistent messaging.

Company Files (high impact) #

At the bottom you can upload Company Files to improve consistency and reduce wrong answers. These files act as “ground truth” for your brand and messaging.

Examples of great uploads:

  • Brand guidelines (example: Bitess Branding Guidelines.pdf)
  • FAQs and support policies
  • Product catalogs or service menus
  • Pricing sheets and onboarding docs

Best practices #

  • Be specific in Products and Services (what you do, who it’s for, and outcomes).
  • Set Brand Voice/Tone to match your website’s style (Professional vs Friendly vs Casual).
  • Upload at least one file if you have strict brand rules (tone, words to avoid, approved phrases).

Result #

Once saved, your Company Profile becomes the base context used by your chatbot and agents—helping them respond more accurately, consistently, and in your brand voice.
