Introduction #
The Noem.AI Stats page shows how your AI chatbot is performing — how many conversations it is handling, how many automated actions it is running, and how much time and money that is saving your team.
Accessing Your Stats #
Log in to your Noem.AI account. This is the page you land on right after logging in — there is no separate “Dashboard” menu item to click.
If your account is new, you will see a message that stats will show once there is enough data. This is normal — the charts appear once your chatbot has handled enough live conversations.
Summary Cards #
Two cards at the top of the page summarize your account to date:
- Est. Total Cost Savings — estimated money saved by letting the chatbot handle work your team would otherwise do manually.
- Est Total Time Savings — total hours saved.
Both figures are estimates based on an assumed human hourly cost.
The Three Charts #
Below the summary cards you will find three charts:
- Chatbot Responses By Day — how many times your chatbot replied to a user message. This is your engagement volume.
- Chatbot Functions By Day — how many automated actions your chatbot executed, such as sending an email or looking up an order. Each one is work your team did not have to do.
- Token Usage By Day — how much AI processing your account consumed. Useful for spotting usage trends.
Where savings data is available, a chart also shows an Est Savings line beneath its title.
Changing the Time Period #
Each chart has four view buttons beneath it:
- by Day — daily activity over recent weeks
- by Day Of Week — which days of the week are busiest
- by Month — month-over-month trends
- by Year — long-term growth
Click any button to switch that chart’s view. Each chart is switched independently.
Going Deeper #
Click See Usage Report at the bottom of the page to open the full usage report, which breaks down token and credit consumption in more detail.
