Overview #
Noem.ai provides access to its platform through subscription plans (recurring billing). We may also offer free trials and free-month coupons for eligible plans. This policy explains when refunds may be available and how to request them.
Definitions #
- Subscription Plan: Monthly or annual recurring plan that grants access to Noem.ai features during the billing period.
- Trial / Free Month Coupon: A promotional period where you can access a paid plan at no cost. A valid payment method may be required. Unless canceled, the subscription auto-renews into a paid billing cycle.
1) Trials & Free Month Coupons (Card Required) #
How Trials Work #
If you start a trial or redeem a free month coupon for a paid plan (e.g., Business/Enterprise), you may be asked to enter a payment method. You will not be charged during the free period.
Auto-Renewal After the Free Period #
If you do not cancel before the free period ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged at the start of the next billing period (e.g., the next month).
Refunds After Trial Conversion #
Charges that occur because a user did not cancel before the free period ended are generally non-refundable, since access to the paid plan was made available during that billing period.
2) Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual) #
General Rule #
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, because access to the platform is provided immediately for that period.
Cancellation #
You can cancel at any time. Canceling stops future renewals and your access typically remains active until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated in your plan.
Upgrades / Downgrades #
- Upgrades: May take effect immediately and may include a prorated charge (depending on billing).
- Downgrades: Typically take effect at the next renewal.
3) When a Refund May Be Approved (Limited Exceptions) #
A refund may be considered only in these situations:
- Billing Errors
Duplicate charges, incorrect amount, or an incorrect plan charged. - Verified Platform Service Failure
A confirmed, material defect that prevents core platform functionality from operating as intended for a sustained period. - Unauthorized Charges
Confirmed unauthorized transaction after review (not caused by credential sharing or negligence).
Refund eligibility may also vary where local consumer protection laws require specific remedies.
4) Non-Refundable Scenarios #
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Charges resulting from failure to cancel before the end of a trial/free month
- Dissatisfaction due to expected model behavior/limitations when the service is functioning
- Customer-side misconfiguration not caused by a Noem.ai defect
- Third-party charges billed by external providers/integrations (e.g., SMS/voice/WhatsApp/email providers, automation platforms)
5) Time Window #
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date, unless local law requires otherwise.
6) How to Request a Refund #
To request a refund, contact support through:
- Izzy (Support Chatbot) inside the Noem.ai platform, and/or
- A support email / ticket form (recommended fallback): [add your official support contact here]
Include:
- Account email / workspace name
- Date of charge and amount
- Invoice/receipt ID
- Reason for request + any screenshots/logs
7) Review & Refund Timing #
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, but timing can vary by banks/payment processors.
8) Policy Updates #
Noem.ai may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date of the updated policy unless stated otherwise.
