What is Noem.ai? #

Noem.ai lets you create, customize, and deploy your own AI chatbot (often referred to as an “AI agent” on the platform). These chatbots can answer questions, follow your instructions, use your knowledge content, and connect to external tools via integrations and automations.

Tokens, usage, and Auto Replenish #

Tokens are part of how Noem.ai measures usage inside your plan. If you want to avoid running out, Auto Replenish can automatically replenish tokens when your balance drops below a threshold you set.

Deployment: where your chatbot can live #

You can deploy your chatbot from the Deploy tab and publish it to different destinations, including website embeds and supported messaging platforms.

Integrations (Slack, Shopify, Zendesk, and more) #

Data privacy and retention #

Noem.ai’s Privacy Policy states it retains personal information as long as necessary, and that no purpose requires keeping personal information longer than one (1) month past account termination, with limited exceptions where law requires otherwise.

Refunds and billing #

Noem.ai’s Refund Policy describes subscription billing and explains that subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, with limited exceptions (billing errors, verified platform failure, unauthorized charges, etc.).
