Introduction #
Top up automatically adds tokens to your Noem.AI account when your balance runs low, so your chatbots and agents keep working without interruption.
This feature was previously called Auto Replenish. The setting in the app is now called Top up.
Where to Find Top up #
Go to your billing page. The Top up panel sits below the plan cards and reads: When my balance drops below 500 tokens, top up with:
Turning Top up On #
- Open your billing page and find the Top up panel.
- Choose a top-up amount from the dropdown.
- Turn the switch on.
The 500-token trigger is fixed and cannot be changed.
Top-up Amounts and Monthly Limits #
You can choose one of three fixed amounts. Custom amounts are not available.
- $12: 600 tokens per top-up, limited to $120 per month.
- $25: 1,250 tokens per top-up, limited to $250 per month.
- $50: 2,500 tokens per top-up, limited to $500 per month.
Spending Protections #
Top up is designed to prevent service disruption while keeping your spending under control. It runs at most 10 top-ups per month, and you can stop it at any time.
Turning Top up Off #
Click the gear icon near the top of the billing page and choose Turn off Top-Ups.
